The Workplace Relations Commission found six complaints by Erico Luiz De Souza against Seanita Ltd not well founded after he did not attend the resumed hearing; the merits were not decided. Three other complaints had been withdrawn. De Souza alleged unpaid wages, problems with his terms of employment, race discrimination, unequal pay and less favourable treatment as a fixed-term worker. Seanita Ltd denied the claims and said it had paid him for recorded hours and provided a signed statement of terms. The WRC decision was dated 11 December 2023.
