The Workplace Relations Commission found two payment of wages complaints by Dawid Czajka against Fedex were not well founded. He said his Sunday overtime premium had changed from double time to time and a half for some hours. The WRC said the overtime rates were not guaranteed in his employment terms and that the change did not breach the Payment of Wages Act. The decision was dated 1 March 2024.
