The Workplace Relations Commission upheld three complaints by former store manager Rafal Kulbicki against Metron Stores Limited t/a Iceland (in liquidation). Its decision was dated 15 May 2025. Kulbicki alleged he was underpaid for February and March and was owed pay for nine accrued annual leave days. The WRC found shortfalls of €423.89 and €800.11 and upheld the annual leave complaint. It ordered €1,350 for financial loss and €1,500 compensation for breach of statutory rights. The respondent did not attend; the liquidator's accountants said they could not assist with matters predating the appointment.
