The Workplace Relations Commission found Brendan Walsh’s unfair dismissal complaint against Capita Customer Solutions was out of time and made no monetary award. Adjudication Officer Gaye Cunningham dated the decision 19 December 2024. Walsh alleged that he left after a baseless investigation made his situation untenable. His employment ended by resignation on 26 April 2022, and the WRC received his complaint on 1 December 2022. He gave no explanation for missing the six-month filing limit, and the officer found no reasonable cause to extend it. The allegation was not decided on its merits.
