The Workplace Relations Commission found two Payment of Wages complaints by Paul McSteen against Secure Courier Services Limited trading as Vanspeed not well founded in a decision dated 13 November 2023. McSteen, a driver, had claimed unlawful wage deductions connected with the end of his employment. During the hearing, he accepted that no unlawful deductions had been made and that he had received all his entitlements. The adjudicator considered his concession and the documents before finding both complaints not well founded.
