The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Przemyslaw Kaszo-Zgiepsri €714 after finding Roadfleet Haulage Ltd. had not shown it supplied him with a statement of employment terms. The decision was dated 6 April 2023. The WRC found four other complaints, concerning minimum wage and working time, not well founded. The employer relied on records it said showed Kaszo-Zgiepsri received at least the minimum wage and statutory leave. He accepted taking the annual leave recorded, although he was unsure about one period.
