The Workplace Relations Commission found Camelia Bradescu’s complaint against Chemical Services Limited N/a was not well founded. She said she was owed three days’ pay at the end of her employment and payment for the St Patrick’s Day public holiday. The company said she had initially worked as an agency employee, was paid in full for her later direct employment and was not directly employed during the public holiday period. Bradescu accepted there had been a misunderstanding about her status between the agency and the company. The decision, dated 14 December 2022, found that no wages or other payments were outstanding.
