The Workplace Relations Commission found that JEM Music House Limited t/a Pro Musica did not engage in prohibited conduct after Maja Pranjic complained she was refused service at its music shop while exempt from wearing a mask during the Covid-19 pandemic. Pranjic did not attend the hearing on 15 November 2022. The WRC said it was satisfied she had been notified of the time, date and venue, and found the complaint not well founded. The decision was dated 5 December 2022; because the complainant did not attend, the merits were not decided.
