The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Vladimir Ivanovs €4,711.63, representing seven weeks’ gross wages, after finding Dream Fitout Solutions Limited made an unlawful deduction. The decision was dated 3 January 2023. Ivanovs said he had not received seven weeks of wages, including payments shown in payroll records and a notice payment. The company did not attend the hearing. The WRC found the complaint well founded.
