The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Zbigniew Mazur €15,000 after finding Nvd Trading Limited unfairly dismissed him. Adjudication Officer Máire Mulcahy’s decision was dated 3 October 2025.
Mazur said he was dismissed after refusing a new contract and disputed the company’s claim that his role was genuinely redundant. Nvd Trading Limited said it had offered suitable alternative employment. The adjudicator found the need for car transport and drivers had not diminished and that Mazur had been replaced. A separate working-time complaint was withdrawn.
