The Workplace Relations Commission found a complaint by crane lift supervisor Declan Feeney well founded and ordered Ardmac Limited to pay him €414 for unpaid overtime. The decision was dated 9 January 2023. Feeney said the outstanding overtime amounted to €414. Ardmac’s HR director accepted that the amount was due but said it had not been paid because of an oversight. The parties did not dispute that overtime properly payable to Feeney had gone unpaid.
