The WRC decision was dated 20 February 2024. Feng said she had been dismissed and sought unpaid wages and statutory payments. Lantaca said she resigned and that an extra salary payment balanced the holiday pay due for 2020. The adjudicator found Feng resigned when she accepted another job offer on 23 October 2020; later declining it did not undo the resignation. The WRC awarded €500 for holiday pay and found the other complaints, including unfair dismissal, redundancy and minimum notice, not well founded.
