The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found Bernadett Osvath’s three complaints against Maybin Support Services (Ireland) Ltd t/a Momentum Support not well founded. The decision was dated 29 August 2023. Osvath, who worked as a cleaner at University Hospital Waterford, claimed she was owed payment for 10 days of annual leave when her employment ended in July 2020. The company said it had paid her full holiday entitlement. The officer found Osvath had received the wages due for 17 days of leave and that she did not accrue annual leave while on lay-off. The officer also found she was not employed in civil aviation and that there was no breach of the Employment Regulation Order.
