The Workplace Relations Commission found Shabbir Ahmed’s complaint about an unpaid work incentive well founded and noted that G4S Secure Solutions (Ireland) Ltd. had agreed to pay him €501.15. The WRC found that complaint not well founded, concluding his higher hourly rate and night-shift payment meant his terms were equivalent to or slightly better than those in the security industry employment order.
