The WRC found David Kenny’s Payment of Wages complaint against APCOA Parking (IRL) Ltd was not well founded. The decision was dated 13 December 2021. Kenny, a traffic warden, said payments under the Temporary Wage Subsidy Scheme left him short of wages for April to June. APCOA said its payments and later adjustments meant he received more than under its usual payroll calculations. The officer found APCOA made no deduction from Kenny’s wages.
