The WRC found it had no jurisdiction to investigate a worker’s five complaints against a warehouse distributor because an identical complaint against the same respondent had already been adjudicated in ADJ-00005628. The complaints concerned wages, employment terms, minimum notice and working time; the merits were not decided. The decision was dated 28 April 2017.
