High Court grants fund €7m judgment against Thomas Dowling

The High Court granted Promontoria (Arrow Limited) judgment against Thomas Dowling over personal guarantees for a company loan.

Justice Charles Meenan ruled for the fund on 22 March 2022 after Dowling said he could not defend the claim.
