Enda Farrell failed to appear before Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 2 March 2015 to indicate a plea to 13 charges involving alleged disclosure of confidential information.

The charges concern alleged disclosures in May, June and July 2012. His defence said he had to care for his children while his wife was abroad. The prosecution consented to a three-week adjournment on the basis that Farrell had been fully co-operative to date.

Judge Martin Nolan listed the matter for 16 March 2015 and said a bench warrant would issue if Farrell failed to attend then.
