Alice Byrne jailed for assault causing harm

Alice Byrne, 44, of Ashtown, pleaded guilty to assault causing harm at James Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court sentenced her to four years, with the final 12 months suspended; nine months for trespass and criminal damage.
