The Labour Court found that CMH Construction & Civil Engineering Ltd had failed to comply with construction industry pension, assurance and sick-pay obligations covering 2003 to 2008. The decision was signed on 30 July 2009. OPATSI sought payment to the Construction Workers Pension Scheme to secure affected employees’ entitlements. The Court said the payment would have to be actuarially calculated when made and deferred a final order for eight weeks while the parties addressed the calculation and employee-entitlement issues.
