The Labour Court determined that Amjad Hussein T/A Poppadom must pay Muhammad Azam €42,415.28 under a Rights Commissioner decision the employer had not implemented. The determination was signed on 28 June 2011.
Azam, represented by MRCI, referred the implementation complaint to the Court on 9 May 2011. The prior decision had not been carried out, and no appeal had been brought against it within the time limit. The Court determined that the employer pay Azam the amount set out in the Rights Commissioner decision.
