The Labour Court directed former employer Krzysztof Kmita to pay Edward Rembecki €2,340 after finding he had not carried out a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was dated 23 February 2011. Rembecki complained under the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 that the decision had not been implemented. No appeal was brought against the Rights Commissioner decision within the time limit, and the Court determined that Kmita must pay the amount due under it.
