Labour Court recommends HSE apply pay scale adjustment to remaining 30 CPC staff

The Labour Court recommended that the Department Of Health/HSE and the INMO, PNA and SIPTU accept that recommendation 45 applies to CPC grade staff. The recommendation was signed on 6 March 2025. The dispute concerned whether the pay-scale adjustment in recommendation 45 of the Expert Review Body on Nursing and Midwifery should cover CPC grade staff. The unions said 30 staff had not received it; the HSE argued the recommendation did not cover the grade. The Court recommended that the remaining 30 CPC staff receive the adjustment from the implementation date used for four other grades. The parties had agreed to be bound by the recommendation.
