The Labour Court recommended that Tusla Child & Family Agency and a former worker regard their grievance dispute as concluded and in the past. The recommendation was signed on 17 July 2024. The Court said much of the dispute had already been the subject of an Adjudication Officer recommendation that was not appealed, and it could not investigate those matters afresh. The worker had resigned in October 2021.
