The Labour Court recommended that the National Gallery Of Ireland increase its goodwill voucher from €100 to €300 per person for 78 State Industrial Grades after proposing a move from weekly to fortnightly pay. The recommendation was signed on 1 March 2023. SIPTU sought a payment of the higher of €600 or one week's salary per worker. The Gallery said the change would improve payroll efficiency and offered a €100 tax-free voucher, a €300 loan facility and funded financial advice. The Court commended the loan and advice offers and recommended raising the voucher to €300 per person.
