Labour Court does not uphold worker’s complaint against Specialised Sterile Enviornments Ltd

The Labour Court did not uphold a worker’s complaint that Specialised Sterile Enviornments Ltd had failed to fulfil a compromise agreement. The recommendation was signed on 19 May 2022. The worker said there were additional commitments concerning other employees; the employer said it had complied with the written agreement and disputed any further agreement. The Court found the written agreement was the only one before it and that the dispute had been resolved.
