The Labour Court recommended that HP CDS Ireland increase pay by 3%, retrospectively from 1 September 2014 for 16 months, and fully implement a pay-setting process. Its recommendation was signed on 23 February 2015. The Irish Bank Officials' Association sought a pay increase and a fair, transparent system for setting pay. It said many members had gone more than seven years without an increase and had no published pay scales or clear criteria for pay decisions. HP CDS Ireland did not attend the hearing.
