The Labour Court recommended that a worker and her employer agree to an independent facilitator to help them settle terms for her departure, following a dispute over alleged workplace bullying and harassment. The recommendation was signed on 12 June 2014. The worker said her supervisor bullied her and the company failed to deal effectively with her complaint. The employer said it investigated her grievance and did not uphold it; an appeal found the investigation full and thorough. At the hearing, the worker said she did not want to return to the job. The facilitator would be nominated by the Court to help the parties reach agreement on acceptable departure terms.
