The Labour Court recommended that An Post and the Communications Workers Union jointly identify professional support for a worker through the company assistance programme. The recommendation was signed on 28 April 2014. The Court said there had been an inordinate delay in addressing the worker’s concerns, which should not have happened. An Post said any hurt caused was unintentional and regretted, and that it was committed to providing support.
