The Labour Court recommended that Fingal Leader Partnership pay €12,500 to a Community Projects Worker after accepting that unresolved workplace complaints led to her resignation. The recommendation was signed on 30 August 2012.

The worker said her line manager bullied and harassed her and management failed to address her complaints. The employer did not attend the hearing. The Court found that Fingal Leader Partnership failed to follow its staff supervision and anti-bullying procedures, and accepted that the prolonged lack of progress led to the worker’s resignation. The payment was in full and final settlement, with no element for pecuniary loss.
