The Labour Court recommended that the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union provide the LGMSB with copies of agreements it relied on in a claim for compensation for two workers who lost regular rostered overtime. The union sought compensation of two and a half times the workers’ annual loss. The recommendation was signed on 17 June 2010. The Court said Leitrim Co. Council should review its position if the agreements supported the claim.
