The Labour Court recommended that Musgrave Wholesale Partners Limited Trading As Musgrave Delivered Food Services pay a freezer allowance to eight workers from 28 April 2008. The company had introduced an allowance of €41 a week or €8.20 a day from 21 October 2008. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union also sought a relocation payment after the workers moved from Blanchardstown to Ballymun. The Court rejected that claim, citing the circumstances of the case. Its recommendation was signed on 17 June 2010.
