The Labour Court recommended that St Vincent's Hospital withdraw an attendance letter sent to one of four workers and issue a similar apology. The recommendation was signed on 24 April 2007. Irish Nurses Organisation had sought compensation for the workers after letters were issued as part of an attendance review. The Court considered the apologies adequate for three claimants, but found that the disputed letter to claimant 4 should not have been issued.
