The Labour Court recommended revised terms for the Central Bank Of Ireland’s pay benchmarking exercise, which was intended to compare jobs with external roles. The recommendation was signed on 12 December 2006. The Dublin Printing Group Of Unions wanted the exercise to examine imbalances arising from grades omitted from its first round. The Court recommended that the benchmarking tribunal consider any such imbalances during the exercise and that the parties establish the tribunal and begin work as quickly as possible.
