The Labour Court recommended that St. Patricks College / Nui Maynooth’s offer of three additional annual leave days be accepted, while rejecting claims for travel time and an extended driving allowance. The recommendation was signed on 5 December 2003. The Court also recommended that the college and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union agree which tasks and staff would qualify for a one-hour flat-rate payment for dirty work. It said parity with UCD applied to basic pay only, not the other conditions claimed.
