The Labour Court recommended that an agreement between United Drug and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union left unchanged drivers’ requirement to work between 5.30pm and 6pm when required. The Court rejected the union’s interpretation that incorporating the overtime allowance into basic pay changed that requirement. The recommendation was signed on 17 August 1999.
