Labour Court recommends union recognition at Malahide Nursery And Montessori School

In 1997, the Labour Court recommended that Malahide Nursery And Montessori School recognise The Amalgamated Transport And General Workers' Union as representing its members. The union sought recognition on behalf of 15 of the school’s 16 workers to negotiate on wages and working conditions. The Court noted that most staff were union members and issued its recommendation on 11 April 1997.
