In 1991, the Labour Court recommended that Irish Townlands A-Z Limited pay a worker £200 gross for employment from 31 July to 13 August. The recommendation was signed on 31 October 1991. The worker sought two weeks' wages and notice pay, estimating the amount at £769.20. The company said employment depended on securing finance and that it could not pay. The Court found that the worker had been employed for the period and recommended the £200 payment.
