In 1989, the Labour Court found Two Workers had been unfairly treated over redundancy pay and recommended that Babygro Limited pay them on the same basis as Mr J. Bagnall. The recommendation was signed on 26 June 1989. The workers had accepted statutory redundancy entitlements before the company's closure. They later sought the additional ex gratia payments made to other employees. Babygro Limited did not attend the hearing.
