The WRC recommended that a company resume a worker's grievance process under agreed procedures. In a recommendation dated 6 May 2025, Adjudication Officer Seamus Clinton said the grievance remained unresolved after it was closed when the worker did not sign off on the recorded details. The worker said he wanted the grievance processed and had submitted further material. The company said it closed the process because the signed grievance was not returned by its deadline. Clinton recommended that the company process the grievance within one month, consider documents dated 30 January and 5 May 2023, and meet with the worker and his union official. The recommendation concerned how the grievance should be handled, not the underlying incident with the supervisor.
