The Labour Court has rejected Louisa Higgins’s disability discrimination appeal against Analog Devices International, finding she had not established facts from which discrimination could be inferred. The determination was signed on 8 January 2025. Higgins said she was not given the company’s health and safety policy, formally risk assessed or introduced to its safety officer during the relevant period. The Court found no basis to conclude those alleged failings amounted to unlawful discrimination. No award was recorded.
