The Labour Court rejected Claire Conlon’s appeal against a finding that her disability discrimination complaint against North Leinster Citizens Information Service was not well founded. The determination was signed on 11 September 2025. Conlon said the service should have held her job interview in County Louth as a reasonable accommodation. The service said it learned of her request on the scheduled interview day and offered a later slot the next day. The Court found it had not been told of her needs earlier and had accommodated her by offering that slot.
