The Labour Court allowed an appeal by Oasis Global Management Company (Ireland) Limited and set aside the decision on Muhammednurulain Boda’s race discrimination complaint under the Employment Equality Act 1998. The determination was signed on 10 September 2025.
The Court said the WhatsApp exchange and unrebutted evidence about long hours suggested Boda had not been treated with respect and dignity. But it found the evidence did not establish a prima facie case of discrimination, so the complaint did not succeed. Oasis Global had denied discriminating against him.
