The Labour Court determined that a dispute remained between Analog Devices and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union over grievance and disciplinary procedures. The determination, signed on 24 October 2005, was to be implemented within one month. The union said the procedures did not provide for trade union representation in individual grievances; Analog Devices said its procedures allowed representation by a colleague or, if requested, a trade union representative. The Court set the determination in the same terms as its earlier recommendation.
