The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Rafael Bispo Dos Santos €1,489 in notice pay and found he qualified for a statutory redundancy lump sum after Tko Inns Limited ceased trading. The decision was dated 11 August 2026; the lump sum amount will be calculated by the relevant Department. Dos Santos worked as a chef for the company until 9 February 2026. TKO Inns accepted that both payments were due and unpaid because it could not pay following insolvency. The WRC found he was entitled to two weeks’ notice and directed the company to pay two weeks’ wages in lieu.
