The Workplace Relations Commission rejected chef Tom Moloney’s claim against Bunratty Shopping Village Ltd for unpaid wages, holidays, public holidays, overtime and time in lieu. The decision was dated 22 September 2026. The adjudication officer limited the claim in practice to 6 July through 4 September 2025. The company said liabilities for 2025 had been paid and disputed that overtime was contractually due. The officer found that holiday and public-holiday liabilities for 2025 had been paid and that Moloney had not established additional hours or missed breaks in the period considered.
