WRC dismisses chef’s unpaid-hours complaint against Kinsale hotel

The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Boobalan Kirubakaran’s allegation that hours worked in January 2025 went unpaid, finding the complaint outside the time limit and its jurisdiction.
