The Workplace Relations Commission found Saulius Grockis’s complaint against Sligo Pallets under the Payment of Wages Act 1991 not well founded after he did not attend the hearing to explain how the Act had been breached. The decision by Adjudication Officer Bríd Deering was dated 21 May 2026. Neither Grockis nor Sligo Pallets appeared. The officer said Grockis had been properly notified and had not contacted the WRC to explain his absence. No award was recorded.
