The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Napier Courtiers (in Receivership) Fastway/Nügo to pay delivery driver Cashel Mulgrew €305 in unpaid wages. The decision was dated 20 August 2026. The company had deducted the amount, half the repair cost, after a garage door was damaged during a delivery. Mulgrew said his contract did not authorise the deduction and he had not agreed to it. The company was in receivership and did not attend the hearing; the WRC accepted Mulgrew’s evidence and found the deduction unlawful.
