The Workplace Relations Commission found Jurgen Sukaj’s underpayment complaint against Ratespro Travel Ltd not well founded, with no award, in a decision dated 30 July 2026. Sukaj had alleged he was underpaid for the time he worked for the company. Adjudication Officer Breiffni O’Neill said Sukaj did not attend to give evidence and dismissed the complaint on that basis. The respondent also did not attend the hearing.
